All prices listed on the website are in euros. For international orders, the bank that issued your credit / debit card will determine the exact exchange rate to be charged. The amount received from the original source of funding is fully refundable when reimbursed by the seller. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations.

For online orders we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as payments via PayPal. You can also pay in cash upon delivery, which option is available for an extra charge of 5 euros.

Also make sure that you enter the correct shipping address (street number and name, city, state and postal code), as we are not responsible for any distributions that may occur if the shipping address details are incorrect.

How can I change my shipping address?
Contact support@naturalbestsecerts.com immediately stating your order number and your new shipping address. Although we can not guarantee that we will receive your order in time before it enters the processing system, we will try to make the requested changes, although it is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Keep in mind that once the order is processed in our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make changes to it.
I received an email saying I need to verify my order details - what does that mean?

If our system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, we will put your order on hold and contact you to verify your order details for the security of our company and for the credit card holder.
