SHIPPING & DISTRIBUTION

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ELECTRONIC ORDERS!

All supplements on the website can be sent worldwide, with extra charge by mail or courier. Your orders are sent from our warehouse in Cyprus.

The exact amount of the shipping cost will be sent to you and if you agree you will be sent an online link to prepay.

ORDER PROCESSING PROCESS WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order.

We ship from Monday to Friday, except weekends and holidays. We can not guarantee Saturday delivery.

Allow up to 2 working days to process your order (If you order on Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation email.

Please make sure accurate addresses are provided

Please confirm that your address information is correct. In case inaccurate or incomplete details of your address are provided or if any

Unverified details with your order may delay processing for an additional 1-2 business days.

We encourage all our customers to review their shipping details in detail to avoid delays.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries within Cyprus are delivered within 3 working days.

For Greece the delivery is processed within 5 working days.

Your package may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the carrier to decide if the packaging is safe. If they find it unsafe, they will keep the package at a local post office or reschedule delivery.

Our best recommendation is to enter a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (work address or friend address).

PAYMENTS & PRICING

CONVERSION OF PRICES AND CURRENCIES
All prices listed on the website are in Euros. For international orders, the bank that issued your credit / debit card will determine the exact exchange rate to be charged. The amount received from the original source of funding is fully refundable when reimbursed by the seller. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
For all online orders we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as payments via PayPal.

You can also pay in cash upon delivery, which option is available for an extra charge of 5 euros.

PAYMENT SECURITY
No card information is ever stored on NFS.  All date remains the property of the cardholder at all times before, during and after the purchase of the product.

All transactions are processed through secure payment methods, which are used daily by millions of people and use encrypted payment processors of a specialized third party company.

We have taken many active steps to ensure the absolute security of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales through a fully secure and reliable third-party payment processor, the Checkout experience is protected by SSL 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your personal data. NFS does NOT retain credit card information.

VERIFICATION OF BANK DETAILS
Make sure you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. If the information you enter does not match your bank details, the transaction is likely to be rejected.

For security purposes, verification information may be requested from a data security company Also make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address (Street name, street number, City, state and postal code), as we are not responsible for any delivery errors  that may occur if the address details are incorrect.

CHANGES OF ORDER DETAILS

How can I change my shipping address?
Contact ​support@naturalbestsecerts.com​ immediately stating your order number and your new shipping address. Although we can not guarantee that we will receive your order in time before it enters the processing system, we will try to make the requested changes, although it is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Keep in mind that once the order is processed in our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make changes to it.

I received an email saying I need to verify my order details - what does that mean?
We have a very secure and smart payment system. If our system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, we will put your order on hold and contact you to verify your order details for the security of our company and for the credit card holder.

For example, if you place an order with a credit card issued in a different country from where you place the order, our system will detect the difference across countries and your order will be identified as a potential risk of fraud. To verify these details, simply reply to the email sent to you by our support representative.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURN ADDRESS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you can return them to us. We will ensure that we will serve you as soon as possible, in order to get your money back.

You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address order was shipped originally. 

Please note that returns for returned goods without contacting us are not guaranteed.

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
Yes, as we provide free shipping on orders, customers who wish to return products will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.


CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER

I placed an order and I want to change it. How can I do this?
Please contact ​support@naturalbestsecerts.com​ immediately with your order number and any changes you wish to make.

Although we can not guarantee that we will receive your order amendment on time before it is completed in the processing system, we will do our best to make the requested changes.

Please note that once the order has been processed in our warehouse, we can no longer make changes to it.

How can I cancel my order?
Please send an email to ​support@naturalbestsecerts.com​ with your order number and your request for cancellation and we will try to accept your request before your order is placed in our warehouse.

If your order is already being processed in our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If this happens, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request that it be returned to the sender. The courier will send it back to us without any charge.

Once tracking information is up to date to confirm that your package is on the way back to our warehouse, please let us know immediately at ​support@naturalbestsecerts.com​ and we will be happy to refund your money back to your original payment method.
